Terms & Conditions

1.    Imaging Path IT Team will provide up to 2 hours for installation. Installation will include configuration at the server level if applicable and/or driver installation on up to 5 specified workstations. Additional Workstation scan be connected for $25.00 each at the time of the initial connection. Subsequent visits for any reason after the initial connection will be billed at the ITT Professional Services Rate of $170/hr.unless customer has purchased an ITT block of time.

2.    Customer will provide an active network port, adequate space for printer, and a network support person for installation support, workstation setup and training.

3.    Imaging Path will provide an overview of print driver configuration and deployment to the key individual. All software installed at customer's location is governed by software manufacturer's licensing agreement. Maintenance of the licensing agreement is the Customer's responsibility.

4.    Many of the solutions we provide to our customers are based on the Windows Operating System. Due to the fact that each of our customers has different virus protection requirements for their network, it is the customers responsibility to provide adequate virus protection for any solution that is based on a Windows Operating System. Imaging Path will supply to you at the time of implementation a list of supported virus protection software recommended by our vendors. Imaging Path is not responsible for any virus that may result from inadequate virus protection or lack of keeping the virus definitions up to date. If the solution installed becomes infected with a virus and requires the attention of one of our System Analyst, it shall then be billed at the current Imaging Path Professional Service Rate or deducted from the customer pre-paid block to time program.

5.    Imaging Path is not responsible for performance degradation or system functionality on products provided by Imaging Path that have the Window Operating System, if a customer loads software other than the software that is part of the original solution. If the solution installed becomes unstable and requires the attention of one of our System Analyst, it shall then be billed at the current Imaging Path Professional Service rate or deducted from the customer pre-paid block to time program.

6.    Changes in the operating environment as listed on the attached Technology Survey, (including, but not limited to changes to operating system, network software, software application changes, hardware and software upgrades, etc.) may result in the need for configuration adjustments or other network services to restore functional capabilities. Such services shall be billed at the then current Imaging Path Professional Service Rate or deducted from the customers pre-paid block time program purchased separately when applicable.

7.    Customer acknowledges that it is Customers responsibility to maintain a current backup of their program and data files to restore any lost data. Customer agrees that under no circumstances shall Imaging Path be held responsible for any loss of data or any consequential damages.

8.    Imaging Path will provide phone support for a period of 30 days after installation of product an no charge. After the 30 day period phone support will be billed the current rate of $30.00 for each 15 minute increment.

9.    All requests for installation services or training not covered under this agreement shall be billable at the then current ITT Professional Service rates.

10.    With the installation of your machine you will have one training session included per machine installed. Training session are approximately 1 hour per session for non-connected units, and 2 hours per session for connected units and can include up to 10 people.

11.    e-Copy ShareScan and e-Copy Desktop are not included on Standard Installations.

12.    Additional Trainings may be purchased at our standard training rate of $110.00 per hour or can be purchased in packages.

13.    If Customer decides to connect the equipment on their own, the above benefits will not apply and charges will be billed separately as needed. However, training as defined in items 8, 9 and 10 shall still apply.

Customer Acceptance

These services are offered on the condition that you the customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this document. By signing below you accept the terms and conditions. The document is not valid without a signature from a member of Imaging Path ITT Solutions Team.
