Field Service Technician
Position Overview:
Imaging Path is looking for individuals who are responsible for the care and maintenance of field installed business equipment.
Service Technicians must be customer focused with excellent
communication and problem solving abilities. They must be able to
manage time and provoke a positive personality with a “Can Do” attitude.

Primary Responsibilities:
Accurately diagnose, repair and maintain equipment and accessories to maintain optimum operating condition.
Install system software updates
Manage all calls real time with ADS
Assist sales department with installation to ensure proper placement.
Assist other technicians to maintain optimum response time , customer satisfaction and the home office with
general technician duties.

Successful candidates will have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer literate: Basic Networking & MS Office skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Safe driving record
- Excellent communication
